Funding

Deposits & Withdrawals

A practical reference to funding a 人工智能分析工具 account: which methods are accepted, how quickly money is credited, what amounts apply, how currency conversion works and who bears provider charges. The rules governing withdrawal requests are set out separately in the Withdrawal Policy.

Accepted payment methods for funding

The methods available to you depend on your account currency, your country of residence and the providers connected to your account. Typically the following families of methods are supported:

  • Debit and credit cards - the most common way to fund an account, processed through the card networks.
  • Bank and wire transfers - including local and regional transfer schemes where available, made from a bank account in your own name.
  • Electronic wallets - online payment accounts registered in your own name.
  • Instant payment and mobile options - where offered in your region.
  • Digital assets - supported tokens and networks, where this option is enabled for your account.

The live list, with the details required for each option, is shown in the deposit screen of your account. All payment instruments must belong to the account holder; third-party payments are not accepted and are returned to the sender.

Crediting times

Once a payment reaches us, funds are allocated to your trading balance automatically or after a short manual check. Indicative timings by method:

Cards
Usually credited within minutes of authorisation; occasionally up to a few hours if the issuer requires additional confirmation.
Electronic wallets
Usually credited within minutes, subject to the wallet provider’s own confirmation.
Instant / local transfer schemes
Typically from a few minutes to the same business day, depending on the scheme and the sending bank.
Bank and wire transfers
Commonly one to several business days, depending on the banks, the currency and cross-border routing; cut-off times, weekends and public holidays add to this.
Digital assets
Credited after the required number of network confirmations, which varies with the network and its current load.
Not credited on time?

Timings above are indicative ranges. The exact expectation for the method you select is published in your account at the moment of payment.

Minimum and maximum amounts

Each funding method carries a minimum deposit amount and may carry per-transaction, daily or monthly maximums. These figures differ by method, currency and region, and they are displayed in the deposit screen before you confirm - always treat those published values as authoritative rather than any figure quoted elsewhere.

  • Minimums exist because small payments can be uneconomic once provider charges are applied.
  • Maximums exist for operational and risk-control reasons and can be reviewed on request once verification is complete.
  • Payments below a minimum may be returned to the sender less any charges applied by the providers involved.

Currency and conversion

Your account is held in a base currency selected when the account is opened. If you send money in a different currency, it is converted to your base currency on receipt.

  • Conversion uses the rate available to us at the time the payment is processed, including any conversion margin applied by the provider or bank involved.
  • Where a conversion is performed by your own bank, card issuer or wallet, their rate and margin apply and may differ from ours.
  • Because rates move, the amount credited may differ slightly from the amount you calculated when sending.
  • Where the deposit screen offers a choice of currency, selecting the one that matches your account normally avoids a double conversion.

Who bears payment-provider fees

Any charge we apply to a deposit is disclosed in the deposit screen before you confirm and is shown as published in your account. In addition:

  • Your bank, card issuer or wallet provider may apply its own transfer, cash-advance or cross-border fee. Those charges are set by that provider and are borne by you.
  • Intermediary or correspondent banks may deduct handling charges from an international transfer in transit, so the amount credited can be lower than the amount sent.
  • Digital-asset transfers carry a network fee that is set by the network, not by us, and is paid by the sender.
  • If you want the full nominal amount to reach your balance, send the amount plus the expected charges, or ask your bank to send the transfer with all charges paid by the sender.

Funds return to the source

Money leaves the account by the same route it arrived. Where an account has been funded from more than one source, returns are allocated back across those sources, ordinarily in proportion to the amounts received and starting with the most recent, up to the amount originally received from each. Only any remaining balance beyond those amounts may be paid to an alternative method registered in your own name.

This rule exists to meet anti-money-laundering and payment-scheme requirements and to reduce the risk of funds being sent to a destination that is not yours. Procedural details of requests - how they are submitted, reviewed, limited, delayed or cancelled - are covered by the Withdrawal Policy.

Refunds

A refund is the return of a deposit to the instrument it came from, rather than a payout of trading proceeds. Refunds may arise where:

  • a payment was made in error, duplicated or sent in the wrong amount;
  • a payment could not be allocated - for example, an incorrect reference or a third-party sender - in which case it is returned to the originating account;
  • an account is closed with funds that have not been used for trading;
  • a charge is corrected following a review.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time before the money appears follows the same provider cycles as the deposit itself - cards typically show a refund on the statement of the card used, and bank returns follow standard clearing times.

Charges already deducted by third-party providers cannot always be recovered. If you believe a payment should be refunded, contact support with the transaction reference before disputing it with your provider, as an unnecessary dispute can freeze the account while it is investigated.

Keep your account details and payment instruments up to date. Deposits from an instrument that is not in your name, or that cannot be verified, will be returned to the sender and may delay other requests on the account.

Security and confirmations

Every deposit generates an entry in your transaction history with the method, amount, currency, any charge and the status. Check that entry against your own provider statement and report any mismatch promptly. We will never ask you to send funds to a personal account or to a destination communicated outside the deposit screen of your account.
