Licenses & Regulatory Information
This page sets out, in general terms, who operates 人工智能分析工具, the compliance framework the service works within, where it is and is not offered, and how you can request our corporate and compliance documentation.
We publish authorisation details, registration data and corporate documents on request rather than as marketing claims on a landing page. If you need to verify our status before opening an account, please ask us and we will send the documents that apply to your relationship with us.
Which legal entity operates the service
The website and the trading services offered under the 人工智能分析工具 name are operated by the legal entity identified as the service operator in our Terms of Use. That document states the entity's registered name, its corporate identifiers and its registered address, and it is the binding reference for the identity of your counterparty.
Depending on your country of residence, your account may be opened with the operating entity or with an affiliate within the same group. The entity with which you contract, together with the applicable regulatory status, is disclosed to you before your account is activated and is confirmed in the client agreement you accept. We do not use trade names on this page in place of the legally binding disclosure in the client agreement.
A full copy of the corporate documentation for the contracting entity is available on request through our support team.
The regulatory framework we work within
The service operates under the financial services, anti-money-laundering and data protection rules applicable in the jurisdiction of the contracting entity, and observes the following core principles.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful or would require a registration we do not hold.
Where we accept clients
We accept clients resident in the countries listed as eligible during the registration process. Eligibility depends on the authorisation held by the contracting entity, on local rules for cross-border services, and on our own risk assessment. The eligibility list is maintained in the account opening flow and can change at any time.
Where we do not accept clients
We do not onboard applicants who are resident in, or acting for a person in, a jurisdiction that is subject to comprehensive international sanctions or embargoes; a jurisdiction identified as high risk for money laundering or terrorist financing by the relevant international bodies; or a jurisdiction in which offering our services would require a local licence or registration we do not hold. Applications from excluded jurisdictions are declined, and accounts found to be in breach may be restricted or closed with funds returned to source.
You are responsible for confirming that using the service is lawful where you live, and for meeting any local reporting or tax obligations that arise from your activity.
What this service is not
- Not investment advice. We provide execution, tools, data and educational material. Nothing on the website, in the platform, in automated signals or in communications from our staff constitutes personal investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation that any instrument or strategy is suitable for you. All decisions are yours.
- Not portfolio management. We do not manage money on a discretionary basis on your behalf unless a separate written agreement expressly provides for it.
- Not a bank deposit. Money transferred to a trading account is not a deposit with a bank, does not earn interest as a deposit would, and is not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme. It is client money held for trading purposes and it is exposed to market risk.
- Not a guarantee of returns. No performance figure, backtest, model output or historical statistic is a promise of future results. Trading involves risk and you may lose part or all of the capital you commit.
- Not a payment or e-money service. Accounts are for trading, not for making payments to third parties, holding funds indefinitely or converting currency outside a trading purpose.
Please read our Risk Disclosure and Terms of Use in full before you trade.
Requesting corporate and compliance documents
Clients, prospective clients, auditors and counterparties may request our documentation in writing. Requests are handled by the compliance desk.
Send the request
Write to us through the contact page stating who you are, the entity or document you need information about, and the purpose of the request.
Identify yourself
If you are an existing client, send the request from the email address registered on your account so we can match it to your file.
We review
We confirm which documents may be released to you and whether any part must be redacted for legal or data protection reasons.
We respond
Documents are sent by email or made available in your account area, normally within a few business days of a complete request.
Documents typically available on request include the certificate and constitutional documents of the contracting entity, the authorisation or registration details and the name of the supervising authority, the client agreement and its annexes, the order execution approach, the complaints handling procedure, the conflicts of interest summary, and the summary of our AML programme. Internal policies, audit files and reports made to authorities cannot be released.
Regulatory and compliance enquiries
Questions about our regulatory status, jurisdiction coverage, client money arrangements or the handling of a complaint should be sent through the contact page and marked for the attention of the compliance desk. Please include your account reference, if you have one, and a clear description of your question so it can be routed correctly. We aim to acknowledge regulatory enquiries within a short number of business days and to provide a substantive answer within the periods published in your account area.
